PR-ED Institute

Capability that outlives the contract.

Training ends when the course does. Capability has to survive staff turnover, project handover and time. We design and implement workplace-based development programmes that build capability where the work actually happens — and we measure whether it stuck.

Beyond the Classroom

A course certificate doesn't tell you whether someone can do the job unsupervised. Our programmes are built around workplace-based development, coaching and mentorship, so competence is demonstrated on real work, not just tested in a room.

How We Work

We start with a skills-needs analysis and an organisational competency assessment, then design a structured learning pathway — graduate programmes, supervisor and management development, or leadership development — delivered through on-site coaching and mentorship rather than one-off workshops.

  1. Skills-needs analysis
  2. Organisational competency assessment
  3. Structured learning pathway
  4. On-site coaching and mentorship

What We Deliver

  • Organisational and individual competency assessment
  • Structured, workplace-based learning pathways
  • Mentorship and technical knowledge transfer
  • Supervisor, management and leadership development
  • Knowledge-retention and succession planning
  • Monitoring, evaluation and programme dashboards

Measuring What Matters

Every programme reports on competency progression, not attendance. For people on a PR-ED professionalisation programme, the cohort dashboard PR-ED gives your organisation shows how many are at each stage and how each cohort is progressing across the competencies, so you can see where the next investment should go.
